        • The gallbladder is normal. There is no biliary dilatation (common duct measures 3 mm). The right hepatic lobe measures 14 cm. The left lobe is poorly visualized due to body habitus and upper abdominal gas. There are multiple benign-appearing hepatic cysts with the largest in the right lobe measuring 2.7 x 2.3 cm and the largest in the left lobe measuring 2.3 cm. There is a hyperechoic nodule or lesion in the right hepatic lobe measuring 1.8 x 1.7 cm with a possible second hyperechoic nodule more anteriorly. The spleen is largely obscured by overlying gas. There is a somewhat lobulated or septated cystic lesion within the midline pancreatic body region measuring 2.1 x 1.9 cm. There is a benign cyst in the right midpole measuring 2.8 x 2.3 cm. The visualized liver, spleen, kidneys, pancreas, aorta and IVC are otherwise unremarkable.
      • CT ABDOMEN W AND WO CONTRAST

        • Normal contour liver. Multiple hepatic cysts of varying sizes without suspicious associated enhancement.
        • No enhancing liver lesions.
        • Unremarkable gallbladder. No biliary dilation. Spleen and adrenal glands are unremarkable. Cystic lesion in the pancreatic body measuring 2.2 x 1.7 cm (series 3 image 51) has increased in size compared to 8/19/2011 where it measured up to 1.2 cm. No main pancreatic duct dilation. Benign right lower pole renal cyst. No suspicious renal lesion. No urolithiasis or hydronephrosis. No lymphadenopathy. No upper abdominal ascites. Normal caliber bowel in the upper abdomen. Normal caliber abdominal aorta.
        • Atelectasis in the lung bases. Dense coronary artery calcifications.
        • No aggressive osseous lesion small sclerotic lesion in the L3 vertebral body is unchanged.
      • MRI ABDOMEN W AND WO CONT PANCREAS PROTOCOL

        • Normal liver morphology. No significant fat or iron deposition within the liver. Numerous benign/simple cysts and minimally complex throughout the liver. No suspicious liver lesion. Gallbladder is unremarkable. No biliary ductal dilatation. Spleen is normal size. Adrenal glands unremarkable. Multiple simple renal cysts bilaterally not requiring follow-up. No hydronephrosis. Imaged stomach, small bowel, and large bowel unremarkable. No ascites. No lymphadenopathy. Vasculature is patent.
